Jeffrey Mikel is an associate trial attorney at Kahn Gordon Timko & Rodriques, P.C. He graduated from New York Law School in 2010 and was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2011. Jeffrey first became interested in trial practice while in law school working with some of the most prominent criminal defense attorneys in New York.
After law school he continued to work for prominent criminal defenses firms advocating for the rights of citizens in the criminal justice system, having represented some high profile rappers on criminal possession charges.
Thereafter, he practiced in the field of no-fault law gaining experience navigating the intricacies of the no-fault system. This experience left him well-suited to represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle collision cases.
Jeffrey joined Kahn Gordon Timko and Rodriques, P.C. in 2016 as a trial lawyer. His practice currently focuses primarily on motor vehicle collisions and premises liability. He handles cases from intake through trial and has tried multiple cases before the Supreme Court in New York City. He has successfully argued before the Appellate Division, First Department and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and America Association for Justice.
